Your Tasks
- Further development of our research platform
- Holistic conception and development of a future-proof digital application for research management
- Definition of the tech stack and infrastructure for new projects
- Initiating software projects and acting as an empathetic liaison between all project and product stakeholders
- Apply agile development methodologies and actively drive software development as part of a team
- Selecting and building up additional employees
Your Profile
- Deep experience (5+ years) in object-oriented programming and software architectures.
- Good knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, C# or .Net)
- Desire to help shape something new from the start
- You feel at home in agile software development methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- A high degree of initiative, commitment and communication skills (in German and English)
